Erfolgt beim PBI im 1.+3. Quadranten oral, im 2.+4. Quadranten vestibulär.
  • Grad 0: keine Blutung.
  • Grad 1: Blutungspunkt.
  • Grad 2: feine Linie.
  • Grad 3: Interdentales Dreieck.
  • Grad 4: profuse Blutung
